SuperTrades is a vetted trade network that connects you with tradespeople for quote requests. We do not directly provide trade services. Any work performed is between you and the tradesperson.
3. Quote requests
When you submit a quote request, you consent to us sharing your details with relevant tradespeople. There is no obligation to accept any quote. Quotes are provided by third-party tradespeople, not SuperTrades.
4. Accurate information
You must provide accurate and complete information when submitting a quote request. Misleading or false information may result in your request being declined or your access to our services being restricted.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to submit fake or spam requests, or to harass tradespeople. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
6. No guarantee
We do not guarantee that tradespeople will respond to your request or that you will receive any quotes. Response times and availability vary.
7. Limitation of liability
SuperTrades is not liable for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of work performed by tradespeople. We recommend you verify credentials and obtain written quotes before engaging any tradesperson.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
