What Affects Cladding Installation Cost?
- Cladding material: The biggest driver of house cladding cost is the product you choose. Mid-rate supply and install pricing starts at $135/m² for fibre-cement weatherboard, rises to $175/m² for Colorbond metal cladding, and reaches $250/m² for timber weatherboard.
